The second part of a two-part Hell's Kitchen episode includes the monumental 100th Hell's Kitchen dinner service. While Ramsay expects the night's dinner service to be nothing short of fantastic, Gordy has a challenge awaiting the chefs in the early that morning. After an early wake-up call, the chefs meet Ramsay in a grocery store. Each chef will have one of the four meats assigned for a dish: beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. Each team has sixty dollars and twenty minutes to gather ingredients for the dishes.
